    Hi Abdullah,

May we ask for the URL of the form on your webpage?

    So that we can investigate.

We will wait for your response.

    Hi Sam_G,

    Thanks for your support.

Jotform code is embedded in the WordPress HTML code block.

Here is the that showing JotForm.

URL has also been attached with the question.

    Thanks for your kind response.

Can you please try embedding the form using the iframe code?

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Since we are hoping to inject custom JavaScript, we need to embed the form using the source code.

why would using source code to embed the form disable the submit button?

It would conflict with your sites code. Please try a different embedding method, we would recommend you to use the Iframe code: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

I have forwarded this to our back-end team to request for further help. Unfortunately, there is no time-frame for a resolution.
