Time slots that were not selected are grayed outChange Title

    I am seeing the same issue as above with this form now:


    Has the issue been resolved yet? There is clearly a bug with appointment fields.

    Can you suggest how I can get this form working again with the same customer data as we are booking onto a large event and need this resolved asap.

    It is happening on all of the appointment fields, but as an example the field 'Catering' - there should be 2 appoinments available per timeslot. Looking at submissions only 4:30-5:00 should be greyed out out. The rest should be available but they are all greyed out.

    This is the same across all of the appointment fields which means users cannot book any appointments.

    This form was working perfectly yesterday. Nothing has been changed in settings. Have you noticed your end that the appoinment fields take a while to load when the checkboxes to select subjects are ticked? This was not happening when the form was fuctioning correctly.

    Could you find a way to copy the form and it's data over for me so we can get a functioning form back up asap?

    I have cloned your form ID210102382389046.
    I have checked your Appointments and in particular the 'Catering' one, which shows on Appointment Properties>Availability an Interval that goes from 16:30 to 18:30 as shown on the form:
    I have tested the form with the Appointment Catering and I couldn't replicate any issue.
    The Appointment field didn't take a while my hand to load, when the checkboxes to select the subjects are ticked.

    Also the availability shown on the form, matches the Interval set and the submission reported on Tables and the email received are in line with the appointment selected for my booking:
    In order to better assist you, please share with us a screenshot of the submissions (or the Submission ID) where only 4:30-5:00 should be greyed out.

    This would help us to better identify the issue and assist you accordingly.
