Dropdown: Select multiple options

    Hello there,

    I am using dropdown element for a list of options a client can select. However I would like to have them select multiple options. Using multiple options in the dropdown properties is not allowing for multiple selection. Can you help please?

    Greetings,

    To allow Dropdown field's Multiple Selections, kindly go to its Properties -> Advanced -> Turn Multiple Selections On. You can also set Visible Options to like 5 so that the dropdown will readily show 5 options.

    Please note that users can select multiple options by

    (1) pressing CTRL + clicking on the options they like

    (2) pressing SHIFT + clicking on the options they like (if user wants to select consecutive options)

    (3) Dragging/Highlighting options (if user wants to select consecutive options)
