populate data from other forms

Is search and populate the data in the field possible?

for example I have one form that stores addresses and the second form that allows users to search and populate the address fields based on the data stored in the address database form?

Populating data in a form from another form's submissions is not possible. However, we do have a SpreadSheet to form widget that you can use to populate data in the second form.
