    Almost out of space

    Hello, for our jotform account we are almost out of space for the month, would it be possible if we could remove submissions that have previously been submitted by users to clear up some space.  Additionally, can you please let me know how many submissions we are currently at for the month?  My account is malbertbayard

    Hello. Upon checking your account you currently have 753 submitted data for this month. You still have room for 247 more submissions until the next reset on Nov 1, 2013 and that would be 2 days from now.

    Clearing submission data will not lower your submission counter but it should lower the storage space consumption if there are any upload files among the submissions. Please wait for Nov 1, 2013 for the next reset. Thank you

    Okay, and if we go out of space, will those submissions just not appear in the database?

    Old submissions will still appear on your Submissions page only the counters will reset in order for you to accept future submissions for the new month.

    However, if should in case you have reached your limit of 1000, your forms will just temporarily be disabled until the next reset.

    If you are expecting a monthly large volume that is larger than 1000 then we advise that you upgrade to a higher subscription plan by going to your Billing section in your Account settings and switching to a higher plan.
