Login/Upgrade Help

    Hello,

     

    I received an email today that I've reached the limit of my free jotform account and need to upgrade.  I'd like to do this as the service is really helpful and we are using it to currently run a video contest.

     

    The only problem is that I can't seem to locate my login information.

     

    Jotform sent me an email to nevans@ipo.org and that should be the email on the account, but when I try to look up the login via the forgot login script, it says there are no accounts with that email address.

     

    Can someone help me find my login??

    Hello Nick,

    It appears that what you have is a guest account after I checked your email address. When I checked your webpage and the form in it, I looked it up and it also was created using a guest account.

    Guest accounts do not have a personal login and password while a free account has a personal username and password.

    To be able to upgrade your account to Premium, you also should have a free account.  To create an account, you can click the button just below the username and password login fields on your Jotform page:

    or the orange button on the left panel in your forms list page

    Hey Liyam,

    Thanks for the quick reply.  Is there anyway to link my current form to my new account??  I really don't want to have to recreate it!

     

    Is that somehow possible??

    Hello Nick,

    Yes, it's possible.  When you create an account using the same browser and email address that you have used when you have made your guest forms, all your forms will automatically be merged to your new free account.

    If in any case that it does not, just let us know.
