my email notification is not working.

    my email notification is not working. I set up 4 notices and they all come to mt email.

    Could you please confirm if this is the form you are having troubles with https://www.jotform.com/form/10515619244?

    I think you mean that you are not receiving the notifications in your email, however if I'm misunderstanding your concern, please correct me.

    I checked your form and see that you 4 Notifications, 3 of them are conditionals. I only found that you have not chosen the Email field from the Reply-to Email option in the email settings:

    Please update it by choosing Email option. Now, if you still not receive the notifications in your email, kindly check your spam folder, it could be the emal notifications have gotten there. 

    Also make sure to contact your email provider and request to whitelist our domain names if the issue persists: 

    (We use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.)
