PipeDrive: Organization Address is missing

    Hello - in the Pipedrive integration I am creating a new deal from the form submission.

    Everything works well on the Pipedrive side other than not being able to add the address of the Organization.

    Is there a way to integrate an Organization address from Jotform to Pipedrive?

    I've looked at all options (attached) and the list of available fields is pretty limited, and not seeing an Address option?

    Additionally is the list of available fields in the attached the only options for integration back into Pipedrive?
    I ask because beyond the address field there is other data I'd love to collect on the form and push into Pipedrive....

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Do you mean to say that the organization address field is not being displayed for mapping when you integrate form with Pipedrive?

    Is it a custom field in pipedrive? Please let us know, and we will escalate it to our backend team. You may also lie to share a screenshot of the Pipedrive on how the field is configured there, and we will take a look.

    Hi Ashwin - thanks for the reply.

    The Organization Address field in Pipedrive is not a custom field rather a system field
    I recorded the attached to show you in PD where the field is under the Organization contact

    The integration I have setup is creating the new deal, creating the organization (name) and creating the person
    But as my original ticket said there isn't the option to have the organization address integrate so that's what I am hoping for

    I have cloned your form and was able to recreate the issue.

    Kindly allow me to escalate this issue to our back-end tea. Due to the nature of development cycles, we are unable to give the exact ETA, but you will be notified through this ticket as soon as there are updates.

    In meantime, you may consider trying to use Custom Field.

    OK thank you for the reply. Hopefully they can get that field added but
    will await your word whenever that answer comes.
