I imagine yesterday was terribly scary and frustrating for you guys. Well done on overcoming these disruptive cybermorons!
Since I received several calls yesterday from clients who noticed that their forms were nowhere to be seen and were blaming me, would the following work?
Could I place text on the page behind the jotform explaining something to the effect that the forms are temporarily unavailable...then if jotform service is not working they would see this message and return later? Obviously, I can't test this in realtime unless you go down again. I'm not sure whether the blank white space we got yesterday would block the text.
There may be other solutions that smarter people than I could suggest.
