It says my account is almost full but I don't have forms anymore.

    You have already exceeded your allowable payment submission that is why you form was automatically disabled. I have reduced your submission just enough for your to reach the 1st of the month to have your counter back to 0, We will just do this once if you reached overlimit next time you may consider using or upgrading to our paid plans.
