Please reset our form quota

    Hi,

    We seem to have hit our quota, but have no forms submissions are empty (0)?

    Can you re-set please?

    Hello Dave,

    It's related to your file storage limit. You have 101+ MB of files currently stored in your form. I see you've emptied your form submissions page, but it seems you still have them in the trash section. You have to purge these submissions to free up space.

    Morning,

    I have emptied trash (was not many in this), but there is no option to purge?

    Still saying I'm out for storage?

    Hello Dave! As far as I can check, the over-quota message is no longer being shown on your forms. Your current Upload usage is around 29MB.

    Kindly check this at your end. In case you face any issues; let us know.
