I've put together a form in Japanese. The form displays perfectly on the website, and the JotForm backend shows all the submitted data perfectly. However, even after filling out every single blank on the form, the email notification is missing input areas...they're just NOT there. Has anyone else had this problem?

I checked all your forms you are having in your account but couldn't find any Japanese language form. Upon taking a closer look, I found that you have not received any submissions this month in your account. Do you have any other account?
Do get back to us with your form name or form id or your webpage URL where you have embed this form.

When you edit your form's notification, it becomes dirty. That means after editing the notification alert, any fields/question you add in your form will not be added automatically in your notification and needs to be added manually.
Some of the form fields are not displaying any value in your submission emails because those field doesn't exist in your form anymore. When you have edited your form's notification alert, it still has the old field ids.
The most convenient way to solve this problem is to delete your notification and add a new one. When you add a new notification alert, you will see that all question of your form will match with the notification fields.
