Can I change the input type of the Spreadsheet to Form Widget?

Is there a way to change the .input-box type?

I want to use email as Unique Code, and i need to change de .input-box type to email, instead of text.

The input type of the Unique Code cannot be changed. You can use the email address as the Unique Code, but it will not have the validation as an Email field.
