Form creation questions : 1) Calculating age based on birthdate option. How do I create a table with only one column? 3) Can we automatically link a q

I am working on creating a form. Please answer the following questions:

1. When creating a birthdate option, can a box be created to automatically calculate their age?
2. How do I create a table with only one column? The one I created does not show grid lines?
3. Can an answer to a particular question automatically link to the submit button? For instance, if you answer yes the form is complete. If you answer no, please continue through the remainder of the form.
4. Is there a way to create a check off box for office use only?
5. Is there a way to decrease the space between sentences in the paragraph selection?
6. What's the difference between basic signature, esignature, adobe signature, and the other signature methods? Which is best to use?
7. Is there a way to create two sections of information next to each other horizontally?
