How to print signature in table?

    Good evening,

When I view the table of my form which includes the e-signature widget, the signature is displayed in the table. Is there a way to print this so that the signature shows up in the table. Or described a different way, when I download the form submissions as an excel file everything from the table prints out in an excel sheet except the signature image - instead its a link to the signature. How could I get that same table but include the signature image (doesn't have to be in excel). Thank you

To print from Tables, you can click on "View" then click on "Print" button.

Thank you! Is there a way to do that and print multiple submissions (showing signature) printed in one batch instead of having to print line by line?

    Thank you!

If you want to be able to download all submissions in one click and you need to be able to see directly the signatures within the downloaded file, kindly download all as PDF and not as Excel.

Thank you. Is it possible to print the table in excel containing the form information including the visible signature in one of the excel cells. So instead of printing off a pdf page with each signature by submission, printing the info (including a visible signature in cell) in a spreadsheet format?

    Thank you.

    Greetings.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to have images directly shown in your Excel file. However, you can create a grid listing report, that will display the signatures as images, with all other options. You can use the following link to learn more:

Let us know if this solution will work for you.

Can the grid view report be manipulated so that I can sort by categories (similar to spreadsheet)? Then could I run a grid report that is organized the way the table has been sorted.

From what I can figure out on the grid report, I can inlcude certain columns but can' t sort prior to running grid report. What am I missing?

    Thank you.

I have moved your Grid report question to a separate ticket https://www.jotform.com/answers/2958369 to avoid confusion on the original thread topic.
