    My form went over quota and I upgraded, but now my form is gone!

    I immediately upgraded upon getting the notification but now this form is gone from my account:  http://form.jotform.us/form/33013970645149

    Upon checking the form, it is tied with a guest account. This is probably due to the fact that you created or saved this form without logging in to "laracasey". Another possible reason is that your login session has expired. This can be prevented by logging in with "Remeber Me" option enabled.
