I am trying to fix our integration to our Contact Contact account. We have a form "PluggedIn Signup." Recently I noticed it was not sending submissions to CC. When attempting to fix it and choose via the drop downs are blank and I am unable to select anything.

Hello, I cloned your form and did try to integrate it with my own Constant Contact account but I could not replicate the issue you are having. I used Firefox on this. It could be a browser issue. Could try to use a different browser and test this again.
I also cleared your account's caches from our system. I am not sure if this will make a difference.
You could also try cloning the form and retry to integrate it and see if it fixes the Constant Contact integration and test it as well if it adds to your mailing list.

I tried with the exact same browser and it works now. Would bet there there was a cache issue with how it was acting.

That's great! Can you please confirm if it also sending the submissions to your Constant Contact list?. Thanks
