Upon checking the form and the notification settings, I can not see any mistake on the settings.
You have put multiple recipient addresses and I have checked them in our bounce list including your main email but could not find them on our bounce list. This should work fine.
I have cloned your form and did a test submission and it went through on my email both for the Notification and Autoresponder
I advise that you add our JotForm email address on each of your recipient email addresses. Every email provider should have atleast a contact list or address book where you add familiar email addresses to prevent them going into spam.

As a last resort, if all else do not work, please consult with your email providers of these email recipients and have them whitelist our IP addresses and mail server domains:
