I have added two more email recipients to be alerted when there is a submission. I hit save and can see the two emails have been added. Once I log out the two added emails disappear. I have tried this three times with the same result.

We apologize for inconvenience. I have been testing the issue on your form https://www.jotform.com/form/203446237956159 but so far I was not able to reproduce the issue. In my test, I was able to add and save my email account in the Email Recipients option of the Notification.

Can you please try again. Please take note that you need to hit/press enter to add/insert the email address and click on SAVE button.

Let us know if issue persist.

It worked when I only put in one email. Is it true you can only can have one person getting notifications on the free plan?

    Thanks!

It is now possible to have up to 5 Recipient Emails in a Notification Email even on the FREE account.

User guide : Send Notifications to Multiple Recipients

You should be able add up to 5 email addresses in the Recipient Emails in your form Notification.

As I have shown in the screenshot image, I could not reproduce the issue when I test in your form. I was able to add my email address as another recipient.

I am able to add the two other emails recipients and hit save. However each time I log out of Jotform the email recipients go back to only one email recipient. I have tried this several times with the same result. I have cleared my browser's cookies and cache and also JotForms. The screenshot at 11:13am shows two more recipients have been added. I logged out and after logging back in at 11:15am the added recipients are gone.

    Hello @sparktime,

Free accounts are allowed to have five email notification recipients.

    1612301325_6019c40d45f6f_35.png

So, I conducted some tests using my free account to replicate the issue. Just like you, I was able to save multiple recipients but when I sent a submission to the form, only one recipient received the email notification . Then, after refreshing the page, only one recipient (the one who received the email notification ) was left.

I have escalated this issue to our backend team for further investigation. Once we receive an update, we'll notify you immediately.

Should you have further inquiries, kindly let us know.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue. In the Starter(Free) plan, you can only add one email recipient for the email notification.

There was a UI-related bug which caused this misunderstanding and our backend team has already fixed it.

To allow multiple recipients, you will have to upgrade your account. See guide below to know how.

    Guide: How-to-upgrade-my-account

Should you have any other concerns, kindly let us know.

    Thank you.
