    Wrong question in form

    Hi

    When I recieve an order form this webpage:

    http://www.supercesty.cz/objednavka-zajezdu.html

     - I can see wrong question.  Instead of question called "Pojištění zájezdu" (trip insurance) there is some old question called "Zájezd koupený přes VOUCHER číslo"  (VOUCHER number)

    Anyway, the customer recieves correct automatic response email with the correct answer.

    Upon reviewing the said form from that webpage, you have 1 Notification and 1 Autoresponder for this form

     

    Upon checking your Notification Template, it is still set on the old question. This is probably due to the fact that you have deleted this field and replaced it with a new one with dropdown field.

    As you can also see that even the field name placeholders are different.

     

    This is for your Autoresponder template. As you can see the same mistakes.

     

    Editing these 2 templates will fix your issue.

    In order to access the email templates, please follow the following stepsL

    1. From the Form Builder, Click "Setup & Embed"

    2. Click "Email Alerts"

    3. Choose the Notification or the Autoresponder to edit them.

    After you have successfully changed the mistakes, you do not need to embed again. Saving it is enough.

    @Premek,

    Upon checking your notification I can see that you have modified the values that will be sent as a notification. I think if that is the value you want you are all set.
