HIPAA account: Temporarily backend unavailable

    I keep getting messages that the servers are down due to high traffic. This happened the other day for over 3 hours and now it appears to have happened again. Nothing is working and all the forms are glitching out.

    Can you please look into this? And also, update your server status page accordingly? Thank you!

    We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

    As per checked on our HIPAA test account, it seems to be working without any issues. I have also checked your forms, and they are working fine on my end.

    I will be escalating this issue to our developers for further checking. We will inform you via this thread as soon as we have more information.

    Hi there,

    We're still having this issue getting into our account and forms. This is the fourth day we've tried to log on and cannot access our account with the same message and is starting to impact our day-to-day operations.

    Is there something going on that requires developer attention?

    I have cleared your form's cache, could you please let us know if the issue persists?
