Hello, upon checking you account you only have one form and your notification is using your primary email address as recipient.
I have checked your primary email address but it is not found in our bounce list.
I have cleared your account's caches on our system. Please see if this makes a difference or if it fixes the issue.

I have checked our bounce list and can this is the results:firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 'timeout'
I have removed the email from our bounce list hence should be working normally as expected.
