My account is listed as full but I do not have any uploads in my documents. I have emptied my trash of old uploads and it still is listed as full.

It appears you have already deleted form submissions with file uploads and your upload space recalculated.

It's probably related to the form cache. I've cleared that and your form is also working fine.
