Change of Username on Jotform Account

    We have a jotform subscription that was previously under 1 employees name and because of a change in her job duties another staff member will need to be the primary user of our jotform subscription. Is it possible to change the username "tamsyn" to practical or practicalfarmers? That way we can avoid having to make a similar change should our survey-making duties change again in the future.

    Also - related to this -- I have successfully added a new email address to the "sender emails" and when I try to remove it gives me a scary warning that "The deleted mail account will not be able to view/edit anymore. This action cannot be reversed."

    Can you explain what this means?

    1/ So first of all I've changed the user name for practicalfarmers. You can now log in with this name.

    2/ it's just mean that your employee will not receive the submissions anymore if you remove his email for this form, but it doesn't mean he will not have access to any other forms or Jotform
