    Hello, please insert this on the Custom CSS code:

    .form-all{

    margin-left:auto !important;
    margin-right:auto !important;

    }

    Please refer to this guide on How to Inject Custom CSS Code.

    If you need further help, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you

    In addition to what I posted, if should in case that you have used the form's source code rather than the normal embed method, please use this instead and insert it between <head> </head> tags

    <style>

    .form-all{

    margin-left:auto !important;
    margin-right:auto !important;

    }

    </style>

    Thanks
