It seems to be random, but several times, the people who submit the forms, aren't always getting a copy sent to the email they put into the form.
I have it set up to send a copy back to the email they put in, we've tested it, and I've seen it happen.

Have you observed any common denominator between the users who don't receive the email notifications? For example, are their email addresses hosted by the same email service provider? Do they belong to the same geographical location? Are there specific times when all users are unable to receive the submissions? Such valuable observations will give us a clue on what could be causing this issue and then for our developers to provide a permanent solution.

If I may add, please advise the affected users to check their junk or spam folders. The emails from JotForm may have automatically been dumped there.
