Form not loading properly plus my form page not loading properly

    Good afternoon,

    When sending forms to people using links, the forms are not loaded properly and information is not submitted.

    plus when logging in I cannot see anything

    these errors occur on several differ browsers on different systems.

    Hello,

    I cleared your form cache on our server. Could you please check it again? If the issue still persists, please try using a different internet connection for testing purposes only and let us know how it goes.

    I tried this on my end, unfortunately, Jotform pages are working fine. I didn't encounter the issue opening forms or my Jotform account.

    i am also facing the same issue. Have tried accessing my account and forms across multiple internet connections and browsers, as well as devices, yet the issue persists. Even my clients are having trouble filling up the form. In fact, I can’t even log in through the main landing page. I have to click on ‘sign up with an email’ and then click ‘login’ but when I’m signed in, I get the same page as the original poster above, and then I can’t click anything on the page. I’m confused on what to do as well.

    Thanks for the response my home page still has the same issue.

    The issue with the form is actually on a different account. The email is m********dele@gmail.com

    When they open the form themselves, if works fine but if someone else opens using the link it leads to the form seen above.

    In regard to the home page not loading, please try clearing your browsers cache, as well try using a different internet connection.

    Let me forward this issue to our developers. It looks like a regional/country issue. I checked your account and you're from Nigeria. If you have a VPN, please try using it for testing purposes only and see if the issue still persists.
