Issues with email notification attachment - PDF

Thanks for your response. But my question is not the FORM being a pdf, that is fine. But the attachments to the form not be accessible....so do you think it is their connection or method of submission or could this impact the results that get downloaded to droptbox (destination of ALL pds related to the form)?
