Customers' orders from my form being flagged as fradulent

    I have used Jotform pretty much off and on for abou 3 years.

    This time it's been nothing but trouble.

    First, the images had to be recoded. WHILE I'm supposed to be taking orders.

    NOW, I have several disputes to handle because credit cards are marking the charges as fraudulent, or recategorizing the charges as if from Wendy's restaurant!?

    I am completely disappointed in Jotform.

    Please refund my month. This has been nothing but heartache.

    Hello There!

    After checking the issue I need to confirm that this is the first time that we have a report like this.

    One recommendation is to check with Square if there is an issue when they are processing the payment since Jotform is just a bridge between the user and Square.

    We can make a refund, just need to confirm that your account is going to return to the free plan with the limits of the plan.

    I have gone ahead and checked for the forms in your account, however, the forms are available and in good standings. It seems that some of your forms are disabled by yourself. In order to enable the forms please refer to the guide below:
