We oriegianlly was recieving emails to our recipients email address; however for some reason (i can't think what) we are no longer recieving these.
I have checked the email alerts and the correct email adfdress is displayed. (info@)
We have checked the Junk folder for the emails account and they are not in there either.

Your email was in the bounce list due to the following reason.
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable'
I have now removed it so it should be fine by now. Kindly take note on the provided reason so you'd be aware of the problem. According to the reason, your email is down at some point by the time it receives messages from us. Kindly make sure everything is working on your end now.
