Every time I clone a form template, it goes to a new blank page

Thanks for contacting us.
The issue like this is mostly caused by accessing our website on another domain such as www.jotform.com instead of www.jotform.us which is our preferred domain for your location. Kindly use jotform.us for accessing our website including the form template gallery and when building your form(s).

I followed your instructions: using the right domain and such but the problem still persists. Whenever I clone a template, it apprears that it's working (with the working sign loading) but then it gives me a blank untitle form or nothing happen. Please advice

Can you provide us the URL of the Form template you are trying to clone?
So that we could run some tests, and try to reproduce the issue your are having.
Thank you and we will wait for your response to assist you further.

I can't clone any forms at all. Is there something wrong with my account?
One of the forms that I need to copy is http://jotform.us/form-templates/seminar-convention-registration-form

I tried cloning the form to see if the issue was happening from our side too. And, just as you said the I was not able to clone the form either, please the next video:
I also tried cloning other templates forms and the same isssue happened. So, I have forwarded this issue to our next level support to let them find a solution to this issue. To be able to clone the form you need, use this link: http://www.jotform.me/form/21149337454454

The problem is now fixed. It has been caused by some code changes our developers made. Sorry about that.
