I like the Dropbox integration, i.e. when the data fields in a submitted Jotform form are transferred into a file (in the"Jotform" folder) in my Dropbox folder.
However, is it possible to transfer all the submissions associated with a certain form into one single Dropbox file, i.e. not just the latest one? It is nice when each submission ends up in one file each in Dropbox, but I can see a great advantage if not just the latest one, but also all the previous submissions for that particular form, end up in the same Dropbox file (preferably in the form of a table with suitable layout). That would be great for making to-do lists etc. which are automatically transferred into Dropbox.

Do you mean, to transfer or upload an existing submissions to your Dropbox Account and into a single folder after the integration? Is that what you mean?
So let say, our current format is:
Jotform > Form Name > Submission Folder > PDF File + Uploaded Files
You want it to be:
Jotform > Form Name > PDF File + Uploaded Files
Jotform > PDF File + Uploaded Files
Which one? Please let us know. We can certainly forward this to our developers as a future enhancement request, but we'd like to know if this is what you mean. We would also appreciate if you can add further details.

Hi and thanks for your reply,
I will try and explain with an example:
Suppose I have a Jotform with two questions: "Thing to do" and "Time limit" (i.e. to make a list of things I need to do within certain time limits).
When I come up with something I need to do, I enter the Jotform and fill out my form, for example with "Buy milk" and "November 2".
When I submit this form, there will be a pdf document sent to my Dropbox folder. OK, so far so good.
Now, if I come up with more things later which I need to do, i just fill out the same Jotform a second time, a third time etc., and submit the form each time. And each submission ends up in its own file, in its own folder, in Dropbox, right?
For me, this is not optimal. I would like to be able to get all my submissions (i.e. "Buy milk", and the subsequent submissions) into one single document in my Dropbox folder. In this way, I can get my to-do-list in one single document, not several documents. And of course, the best would be if it was in Excel format, because then I could use the Excel functions for filtering data etc.

Unfortunately, that is not possible with our current Dropbox Integration. Every submission will be added into a new folder with a separate PDF file for each.
Your requirements are possible with our Google Spreadsheet Integration: Google Spreadsheet Integration. All your form submissions including the existing ones will be forwarded into a single sheet created by the integration. You can then install Google Drive to your Computer and access the file from the computer.
