How can I have orders summed up per product

    Hi,

I created a vegetable order form. I get the result in excel with one line per order, having all products with quantities (of one order) in one cell. I would like to have several lines per order: one line per product, so that I can make sums easily. This is because I would like to sum each week how many kg of tomatoes or cucumbers etc.my customers ordered.

I also would like to have the unite of measure (kg/pc) in separate column, as well as the price in a separate column.

Thank you very much if you could assist me how to make this happen!

    Cheers.

Unfortunately, this isn't possible with your current form's setup. The product list field is regarded as a "single field" and will only occupy a single column in the Tables.

Now, if you only want to know the number of orders created, you can use the SUMMARIZE WITH A CHART feature. Here's how:

You'll be able to see there the products broken down into the number of quantities ordered per item.

However, downloading them will only export the report as an IMAGE:

So if you want it to be exported into an Excel file, the only way is to change the way you set up the form - meaning, you will ditch the Product List field and use regular fields (such as Single Choice, Spinner) to present the products. Please check the workaround I suggested on this ticket: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2275302 and see if this will work for you.

Thank you for this workaround suggestion!

    I have two questions:

    1. If I use a spinner field, can I still have pictures of the products, and descriptions?
    2. Can I still use the coupons options that I have in the product list?

    Thank you!

If I use a spinner field, can I still have pictures of the products and descriptions?

Unfortunately, everything should be manually added. For example, you would need to add IMAGE fields or an IMAGE SLIDER widget for each SPINNER field like this one:

Can I still use the coupons options that I have in the product list?

Unfortunately, you can no longer use coupons from the Product List as it won't be available when we set the PAYMENT TYPE to USER-DEFINED AMOUNT:

As a workaround, you can create your own COUPON field and apply conditions to it so it'll get deducted to the TOTAL. I created a video on how it can be done. Here's the link: http://bit.ly/3reu8st - adjust the resolution to 1080p for better clarity.

Here's the form so you can try it: https://form.jotform.com/210321442396044
