    Hello, e-mails are not coming through.  I was testing different settings with no luck.  please provide all the available and supported settings including ports.

    I have checked your form and can see that the reason as to why you are able to get your notification email is because you have not set the email to which your submissions will be sent to, please go through this guide on how to achieve this.
