Form Image: How do I change the image when form is shared using a link?

Hello, how do I change this image. This is the image that is seen when I send out the jotform link.. Is there a way to change it??

Hi there!

The form link captures the first image in the form. I am assuming there is no image field at the start of your form. Please add an image field and add the image you want the link to capture. You can also hide the image field if you don't want to show it to the form users.

It seems that you are referring to the favicon on the form's link. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change it directly on the form builder. hello. I am not referring to the favicon.. The favicon is the little icon next to the web address found on the address bar..

I am referring to when you text the link to someone.. the image that pops up.. see this text thread picture. NOtice when i text my website link, the image of the desert and sunset pops up. When i text the JOTFORM link to a form.. the jotform image of the pencil pops up.. I want to change the pencil to my own image..

You might see the old image due to the cache in your browser. Please try to remove the cache and cookies from your browser and test it again.

Love this. Thank you.. But its still showing this after i clear my browser.. Is there anything else i can do.. I did try it with my phone and not my computer. and it works!!!!!. so i guess it has to do with my browser. Im using chrome, and have erased the cache within the chrome browser.. any other ideas..

According to the following Facebook article, link images and other data such as title are renewed every 30 days:

However, you can use a different link that will force Facebook to download the image again. Please try sharing using one of the following:

these didnt work. Its weird though. When i text the link from my phone. it shows up correctly. When i text the same link from my computer, the image does not show up.. so weird

Could you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies to have all the site resources be downloaded again? Or please try it on a different browser and check if the issue persists.
