Do clients have to log into google or Facebook in order to view and submit a form to me?

    Do clients have to log into google or Facebook in order to view and submit a form to me? Are they able to just tap the "View Form" link in the email and immediately open it with no sign ups?

    Yes, they do have the option to access the form without logging in.

    From the form publish page, change the form access to Public from the Settings as shown below.

    After that copy the form link and email it to the users instead of inviting them via email. You can either use your personal email setup to send the form or send them from within JotForm as explained here: https://www.jotform.com/help/303-how-to-send-a-form-via-email

    Invitation via email and private access requires users to have an account on JotForm to access the form.
