issue with forms

    I don`t get my forms. I had paid the fees for Jotform Bronze Plan. What is the problem?

    During 1,5 month I got nothing, only today I got 2 forms after I paid the
    fees.

    I can see that you have two forms in your account.

    To clarify, you're not receiving any submission data in your form?

    Did you receive a notification email regarding a submission but the submission is not showing in the submission table?

    May we know if your form is embedded to a web page?

    I had only filling forms with 2020.12.21. date and today I got 2 forms, but
    I know that more people fill the forms. Please help me! I paid for fees? I
    need this forms for my work.

    I would suggest testing a submission using your form to check if you're receiving a submission at your end.

    My forms are working now. But I didn`t get earlier forms after 2021.12,21.
    I know that people filled my forms in January.

    As I have verified, you have received two submissions this month, February 2021, on the Várandósság form. 

    If you are referring to the email notification not being received in your inbox, I think it's because your email address is in our unsubscribe list, and I have removed it from that list.

    disappeared:(
