I have cloned a form and changed everywhere but in the browser it still states the old name SASPI Office Bearers?

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I'm not able to replicate the issue, when I checked your form I can see that the name is different :

    Maybe the browser that you are using is still using old information, can you please clear your cache and history of your internet browser. I've also cleared the cache of your JotForm account.
