Granting access - the user gets a notification that they cant procedd without user access being granted

    When i send someone thew link to one of the forms, the user gets a notification that they cant procedd without user access being granted. I then get prompted to authorise. How do i stop this as it doesnt work for me.

    Hello,

    This happens when you share a form with another user, but you are logged in to your account or a correct account on which form is shared.

    In this case, please ask the user to login into the account and they will be able to form.

    Hi Johann

    Not sure if i have understood correctly. are you saying that i need to be looged off JotForm before sending my clients the email link to the form? The majority of my clients dont have access to jotform and i dont want them downloading anything as its too much for them.


    I am wanting them to clink on the link and compete the form without having to log on. Is this possible?

    Hi Linda,

    Your form is currently set to be a Public form. Have you changed this recently? The access emails you are referring to usually go out when the form is set to be private. Here is the related guide.
