    We are sorry for the inconvenience. I cloned your form and tested it. As a result of the test, I couldn't replicate the issue. I was able to submit the form properly.

    I have checked your account and I reviewed a few of your forms and I am unable to replicate the issue that you are mentioning. Can you kindly share more details on how you are getting this error message? Does it occur after submission or after you open the form?

    Also, as my colleague suggested, please check your console report when this error occurs and share a screenshot of the report with us. This will help us determine what the issue is and how we can resolve it.

    message
    The console report in mozila firefox looks like this on the form and
    below this when you get the Oops! message

    Thanks for sharing additional details on the issue.

    I have tested your form and I was now able to replicate the problem. When I submit the form, it seems to error out and I am shown the error message that you are mentioning. Here is a screen recording for reference:

    Please allow me to escalate this issue to our backend team for further review. They will do a thorough investigation and find a solution for this issue. I cannot provide an ETA for the resolution, but as soon as we have updates we will notify you via this support ticket.

    Also, it seems that you did not share the screenshot as we requested. Please note that attaching the image to your email will not post the image on our end.     Thank you for sharing the screenshots again. They will be added to the bug report. As I mentioned before, our developers will review this issue and provide an update as soon as possible.
