is it possible to switch radio-buttons to check-boxes without having to re-create the entire form??

Asked by drjarvela on June 02, 2011 at 11:39 PM

I just created a very long medical intake form using all radio-buttons, only to discover that I really need check boxes so that multiple options can be chosen for each question. Is there a way to edit this form without having to re-type and re-create the entire thing??

    Please help!!

Currently, there is no way to switch radio to checkboxes per se, but converting them is not really that hard. What you can do is to create a corresponding checkbox for each of the radio buttons, copy the options for that field and then paste it on the new checkbox field. It will definitely save time than manually typing in the options for the fields.
