Getting warning "Gray (disabled) fields cannot be used as a condition trigger point"

    Hi there,

I need to be able to test for State values in an Address field group. I'm doing this by copying the address to a Form Calculation Field, as per this answer...

    https://www.jotform.com/answers/1252167-Conditionally-send-emails-based-on-zip-code-value-on-the-Address-Field

This seems to work ok, however I'm getting the warning "Gray (disabled) fields cannot be used as a condition trigger point".

Given that the trigger actually works, why is the warning generated? And if I'm not meant to use a disabled field, how can I check for the State?

Your help is much appreciated! Thanks!

The warning/info is just to inform that disabled fields cannot be used as a trigger point if the field is empty.

However, as the field has value, the condition should work.
