Account Suspended due to phishing

    Account was suspended due to phishing. We do not collect sensitive information please check manually. I cannot grab form link as I couldn't log in. Attached is the page where we use the embed form.

    I checked from our backend, your account status is Active. What I noticed is that you're almost out of submission storage limit. Your account is on Starter (Free) plan with 500 total submission storage limit.

    I opened the above page URL, and I can see that the contact page is displayed.
