Why am I receiving submissions via email when the forms I created have been transferred to my clients account?

    Why is my client not receiving the submission alerts via her email?

    Please help.

    Have you transferred the form to another account? Please note that when form is transferred from one account to another account, all setting of form remains as configured.

    If you want the submission emails to be sent to another email address, please ask your client to edit form's email template and change the recipient email to the desired email address on which submission emails needs to be sent.
