Upload Error with Application Submission

Good Morning,

My daughter and I are trying to submit an application for a school she has a goal of attending. However, jotform keeps giving us an upload error when we click submit. I am uploading all pdf files and as I go through the app it looks like they are uploading fine just that final submit button isn't working out for us. We need to submit this application by 2/12 so any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Are you filling up the form in one go or are you saving the entered data first and then submitting it at a later time?

I cloned this form and tested it, but I was able to submit the form just fine without any error. (for the record, I filled the form in one go and did not click on the Save button)
