widget that would show fields based on the top option selected

Basically, I want to create a survey where I ask for a yes or no response to 100 separate words (right now, by showing the word and asking radio button yes, no, maybe).

Then I want to show the words that were marked "yes" and ask the user to pick their top five. What's a good way to do this?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to show only the fields with a yes answer and let your user pick their top 5.

I can't seem to find a work around regarding your requirement.

It is possible to show only the fields with a yes answer using reports.

Reports won't work at all. I need a way to show the user the fields they answered yes to and have them select their top five.

There are so many requests for this - it would be relatively easy to implement?

You may use the order list to select your top five but the data is static.

You would have to manually input the options.

Currently, we don't have a widget that fits all your requirements.

I have forwarded a feature request to our developers to have a widget that would show all the fields based on the top option.

Please note that we cannot give an ETA when this feature would be added or will it be passed however, once we have updates, you will be notified at this support ticket.

Is there any option to fill a list/dropdown/radio buttons/anything with values based on the answers to another question?

Any scenario in which I can collect the answers to other questions and use the values to fill a list?

    Hi there,

I'm afraid that it is not possible to fill a list/dropdown/radio buttons dynamically from other fields' values.

Please check if the Dynamic Dropdown widget would suit your requirement - https://www.jotform.com/widgets/dynamic-dropdowns.

Let us know if you have further questions.
