Payment Field: Calculate shipping costs based on the address the package will be shipped to?

Is there a widget that can be added to calculate shipping costs based on the address the package will be shipped to? For example, I live in Columbia, SC and would like my package shipped to me (which is local) so the cost will be minimal compared to the person who wants the package shipped to them in California. Does that make sense?

I'm afraid there is no available widget or an option to calculate the shipping cost automatically based on the user's location. Setting up a shipping cost through a payment field is only possible per product item or transaction.

However, this can be done when you use the basic fields like dropdown or radio buttons for your products and manually assign a condition to calculate the cost per location. Please refer to the steps outlined by my colleague here.

I have already raised a feature request ticket to our developers to add an option in the Payment Field to calculate the shipping cost based on the user's location.
