Good morning,
I have created a second form and it worked for 3 submissions and now keeps giving the error that the form is disabled. I have tried resetting my password and I am now unable to get in and the reset email is not coming to my email. Please help!

I did check your form and found that it is currently suspended as our anti-phishing system has marked your form as spam because of the "Cash App" option you have added in form. Please check the screenshot below:
Please note that it is not possible to use "Cash App" term in the form of free account. I have gone ahead and deleted the "Cash App" text from your form and activated your account again.
All your forms are back online and should work as expected.
