How secure is my clients information?

I am a photographer in the United States. I want to use JotForm for clients to enter personal information (children's names, emails, phone numbers, etc) - I am concerned with how safe the data is and how it is stored. It's critical my clients information is protected.

Are there any extra steps I can do on my account for extra safety?
