Refreshing the Thank You page submits duplicate entry

    Hello,

    My company has just started using your service and I noticed an issue that will cause many problems for us as we accrue more entries for our forms.

    When a user leaves the Thank You page open, it appears that refreshing the page causes the form to re-submit the form entry with the same answers. I am seeing that nearly half of the form submissions for a day are actually duplicates.

    We are using the Thank You page as a verification that each employee is filling out our Covid19 screening questionnaire. So having a "Form Completed" page is very useful. But it is causing this issue with the form records by creating all of these duplicate entries.

    Is there any way to block it from creating duplicate entries without removing the Thank You page?

    Hello!

    To prevent the Thank You page from automatically resubmit the form, you can add a captcha field at the end of your form.
